Draadloze apparaten kunnen direct worden gebruikt en worden via een QR-code met de hub verbonden. U hoeft de behuizing niet uit elkaar te halen voor de installatie. Bekabelde apparaten worden verbonden door Fibra-kabels te scannen.

INTEGRATIE VAN VIDEOBEWAKING
Verbind camera's met de hub zodat klanten videostreams in de app kunnen bekijken. Het integreren van Dahua-, Uniview-, Hikvision-, Safire- en EZVIZ-camera's in het systeem duurt maar een minuut. Apparaten van andere fabrikanten sluit u aan via een RTSP-link.

BESCHERMING VAN GROTE OBJECTEN
Het radionetwerk van de hub geeft genoeg dekking voor een privéwoning van drie verdiepingen. En met de radiosignaalversterkers met ondersteuning voor een ethernetverbinding kan het systeem meerdere metalen hangars of vrijstaande gebouwen beschermen.

Perfect system

Thanks for the outstanding app, when can we expect the app for the ipad?

Great system. Best wireless system. (Also best wired system!)

Everything great! But: you are losing clients in the home automation department, because one feature in not available in this system, but EVERYONE wants it: Make a feature to add a scenario based on sunrise and sunset time (“sunset +42 minutes” for example). No-one wants to alter their automatic schedules for their outside lighting stuff every few weeks when days get shorter or longer. My clients buy cheap Tapo for this because Ajax does not have this simple feature. I’d love to sell more of these kind of products, and that’ll work once Ajax enables this feature. I’ve talked to your tech guys numerous times about this during events, but they don’t see it as a helpful feature..

App/System review.

First of all, thanks for this awesome system. It functions very nicely and the installation was easy. I like the app because it works fast, gets lots of updates and is easy to use. Though i find the features to be a little bit limited. These are the things i would like to be implemented: Customisation of the Keypad touchscreen, maybe custom text or possibly icons. As well as maybe add a clock so it tells the time. I would like to be able to disable individual devices from the keypad touchscreen. I cannot seem to make the keypad show a list of malfunctions on the screen aswell so thats one more issue i think. I would like there to be a way of delaying the outdoor siren, so lets say a relay or an indoor siren goes off first, but if its not disarmed within a set amount of time, the outdoor siren goes off. This way false alarms will not wake up the entire neighbourhood. Another good feature would be to have the option to only sound the outdoor siren only for confirmed intrusions. Another thing id like to see is the option to have a notification when the system detects a detector with delay, opening when armed. This way i can check on the camera system before the system goes in to alarm, and possibly disarm it if’s an accidental triggering. Basically an early warning notification before the delay runs out. Next maybe some way to integrate tuya/smartlife smoke detectors/devices and automations. Integration of ring video doorbells so they could be viewed on the keypad screen. The customer support service is good, they answer fast, though sometimes the answers to questions feel cut off and a little bit short. It would be really good if some of these features were implemented as this would be beneficial. I would love to see some more customisation of the system I would love to get in touch with you about some of these if needed. Thanks

Goede app. maar helaas geen versie voor iPad

Zeer tevreden met het alarmsysteem van Ajax. Wordt ook heel goed onderhouden en voorziet regelmatig in updates. Het enige jammere is dat de app nog steeds niet geschikt is voor de iPad. Beste ontwikkelaars, 5 sterren als deze optie ook beschikbaar wordt voor iPad !

Great systeem and app - still waiting for smoke machine option

Great app but not for iPad

The app is working great and it’s very easy. Since the last update with pro installer companies they made a huge step. But sadly there’s still no iPad app. The iPad uses the same app as iPhones and it looks very weird and unpleasant. Though, because customers can’t see if we’re texting or programming we’d prefer using the iPad instead of iPhone. I hope there will be an update soon which gives an iPad the desktop version look and functions.

Na de laatste 2 updates vaak login problemen.

Nice app but buggy at times

Really nice app with clear overview and good functionality. Unfortunately from time to time it needs to be re-installed as it keeps crashing at startup :-( Even after updates.
