The mandatory online account is a downgrade, not an upgrade. Connectivity issues with local devices make the new app less reliable than the old one. Two stars for effort in app development, but the improvements are lacking. 2024 May update. My shutters are still offline in the app. Yes they are online on the local network. Connecting to the local address 192.168.x.x works fine.
App works first time opening it after installing. After that when you open the app it starts up and you get black screen.
A little outdated on the GUI, but it works great. Now 6 Shelly devices under control and up for more! Just one small thing, great that you support Apple’s iPhone automation (shortcuts) app, but the objects are all called “test title”.
Since recently the connection with the Shelly app is lost and the Apple watch. Please bring this back in place!
This new app is so much slower than the old one. First I have to wait up to 30s for the app to load and then the first command always fails.
App works great! With the old app there were a lot of issues adding new Shelly devices. Since the new app all my devices (about 30) add to my account without issues.
The app enables you to controle your Shelly devices on iPhone, Iwatch and CarPlay. Easy to set different scenes between devices.
I have Shelly devices everywhere and the main reason for that was that you didn’t need an monthly subscription for certain scenes. Now with the new app I have to pay for everything! Worthless!! All Shelly devices will be thrown out for a better alternative. Which I will post here if found!

Local devices no longer show stats in the new app. Remain offline. Previous app was better.
