High fee charges on credit card payments

First shows you less fare than making booking sudden fare jumps to high and making payments 36 Aed charges for credit card payments. It’s shouldn’t be charged. If you charge these types of charges than we should use airline websites directly.

This is a very bad and rude company with no customer support and no consideration for the customer except selling tickets. Never expect such cooperation from Akber travels customer care center if you seek any support after booking your ticket. Worst Travels Worst Travels

Poor payment gateway Amount deducted 2 times for same transaction

After making successful payment and booking confirmation when i check the bank statement it took 2 times the amount from my account for the same booking Still not refunded

Worst ever

This app is just worst..they will show low fares they will make you to pay then no news… after 30 mins or 1 hour one of their executive will call and tell you that your ticket is under process if anything required they will contact you… later they will not call they will send a mail saying seat not available and in my case I replied them to call me back then they called me back and they are saying return payment will be processed in next 24 hours…and i asked that person I need it immediately then that person is saying we will not run away with your money… you only booked booked in our site by seeing low fares.. yes I agree that I booked by seeing low fares obviously its true that many of us do that.. for this reason people like AKBAR TRAVELS should not mislead the customers…

Bad customer service

Really poor and bad customer service. My flight was cancelled it’s being like 3 months I’m asking about refund every time they respond it will be updated in 2 to 3 days. Now its more than 3 months. My flight was cancelled on September 8 still they did not refund the cash.
