One of the best application

Whatever fare is displayed on first page remains till last page whereas other application show lower rate on first page to attract customers and while issuing ticket fare gets increased by applying various charges and taxes

Worst after new app release 👎

Earlier the app used to work fine (older app). This new app with new UI is full of bugs. I can’t pay with UPI. It seems like an intern has developed it. I used to be the most Loyal customer of Akbar Travels because of its easy and simple UI flow and excellent CX. But sadly, now I truly believe that Akbar has lost its Spark, due to the difficulties that I have faced today to make a simple flight booking. I am never coming back to use this worthless app. 👎 EaseMyTrip seems to be far more stable and offers a better CX. FYI, tried at-least 10 times with 2 different flights. At last booked my flight using EaseMyTrip. #frustrated

Many times payment get debited from our account and they replies they have not credited with it

Fails to redirect to UPI Apps

I use a roaming sim in Kuwait and was trying to pay through GPay/PayTM but when selected, the App kept directing to WhatsApp instead of above UPI Apps with many repeated attempts. I am already a regular user of these UPI Apps from Kuwait.
