Cheap service I booked can for airport T2 by paying in advance and driver didn’t showed up next morning. Scammers….

If we choose spice flexi it is pushing to select meal but unable to select meal as right cursor dos not move. It is worst for iphone users. With that we are stuck. Either need to select base option or cant book Dont compel passengers to select meal in beginning of booking as it is stopping whole booking process and pushing to find another airlines
I booked flight on may 15, 2022 and cancelled within few hours via customer care. The representative who cancelled my ticket told me that refund will be done in few days. Its been more than 45 days now and yet no response. Its 1 lakh Indian rupee that they owe me.. i am not in the position to pay this extra amount to bank. I am in a very bad situation.
Poor service, poorer app and never functional. What’s the point of an app which doesn’t work. I visited India and felt stuck for 1 full day trying to redo my ticket.
This is good only for viewing ur bkng but u can’t manage yr booking or make any changes as d app crashes immediately. Very poor n useless app.
Hi everyone , be careful while you’re using this app to book your flight ticket, this 29-03-2022 , I booked a round trip ticket from madurai to Dubai. There is no pnr generated , but amount was deducted , when I asked customer care number to check , they ask me to send a mail to custrelations @spicejet.com. I sent it still I dint get any response from the concern team instead they have sent me a wrong mail which should be replied to someone for the same reason . Then immediately they have sent me that pls ignore the previous mail like that . The next day I used MakeMyTrip website to book the same ticket , I could .
I booked one ticket from Dubi and e-ticket is not received in my mail. Also their website is too slow and a-lot of time its failed to book one ticket. Their customer care support number also not working it is under some technical issue.i can't call their number from UAE.very pathetic and worst service ever.
