This app is ludicrous! I tried placing an order, which got stuck at the payment page and then the page expired. Regardless my card was charged and the support representatives are totally unhelpful is giving the refund! The order was simply not placed as the app decided to get hung so no proof or number to track the incidence. Just that Al-Fatah appeared on my bank statement and has taken money with NO ORDER AGAINST IT!!!!! It has been almost a month and I’m still struggling with this.

What a useless app. Doesn’t even know how to navigate through the location off setting

The app isn’t working properly. You can’t talk to anyone in live chat, an error message appears. No other contact information provided. Can’t track order, all you see is a blank screen when you try to pull up a current order. I’ve ordered milk 2 separate times and both times it was warm and spoiled. Had to contact rider because there’s no way to talk to anyone in customer service because the app isn’t working properly. Perishable (cold or weather sensitive) items should be kept cold until time to be delivered.

Professional service and really good prices. Only issue is frequent app updates!

After recent update app is not launching and crashes

So called Alfatah cannot even manage a decent app. If you don’t have something in stock why it shows in your inventory as available. It’s been almost 5 days still didn’t receive order.

Even after the new 5.8 update, the app crashes and gives error for time zone. Time zone is already set to auto still giving issues
