Worst service ever ! Always late. Last time they lost my order I paid so much amount online.most of the products are always missing and fake beauty products !!!!

With all the recent weekly (why!?!?) updates now it does not work at all. Can't get past the "location denied" - every single city keeps on being denied.

I Like it a lot, I just wish it came a little faster otherwise I do like it. However once they did give me 11 bags of barbecue chips when I ordered 8 bags of Mexican chili, and I was forced to keep it.

I was looking forward to a app by Alfatah because they always have the best products in their stores. This app does justice to smooth online buying experience. I’m sure I’ll end up spending a lot of money now because this app is just amazing.

I was so relieved to see that Al Fatah finally has an app. I downloaded it but it keeps crashing and closing without opening past the screen with a man on a scooter. I’m so disappointed and hope this glitch is resolved quickly!

So glad Al fatah introduced their new application. Makes shopping for my groceries so easy. Great app!!

What a useless app. Doesn’t even know how to navigate through the location off setting

The app isn’t working properly. You can’t talk to anyone in live chat, an error message appears. No other contact information provided. Can’t track order, all you see is a blank screen when you try to pull up a current order. I’ve ordered milk 2 separate times and both times it was warm and spoiled. Had to contact rider because there’s no way to talk to anyone in customer service because the app isn’t working properly. Perishable (cold or weather sensitive) items should be kept cold until time to be delivered.
