very disappointed, its nit ios friendly app.

Alap is a good initiative. However here is my experience: 1. Voice call (audio) quality is very poor 2. Keeps disconnecting 3. Keeps crashing The core purpose of this app is to empower users communicate at a discount rate. While the call rate is satisfactory however the call quality is very poor. This app is loaded with so many unnecessary features. Why someone on the earth need video streaming services, news paper services in a VOIP app? Please focus on the core product at first.

I really like the new app from BTCL.Alaap is a new milestone but it need more advertisement and add some more unique features.However,it’s crashing on my iPhone 12 pro.Please fix the bug.

This app is good but some bug actually force to stuck this app

- Very slow - UI is not good - UX is very bad and not smooth - Call drop - Most of time need to try multiple time to call someone Good initiative by government but it’s seems management have no intention or interest to make it usable app.

I logged in the app. And did everything. Mid approved. But my Alaap number is the as ammu sim number and every time I try to make a call it says the I number I submitted is invalid. What to do?

After latest update, the app is not running on IPhone 5s. It is dropping now. Can’t use it.

you guys should work on your app the call doesn't connect on first try you have to dial and disconnect few times, sometimes it leaves you on calling but you can hear the next person has received the call and they are not hearing you but it charges you for that if you can’t maintain a app properly what is the benefit of publishing it and burning both yours and your customers money?
