Full of bugs
Keep asking for updates even after deleting and reinstalling the app.
Call problem
ami jake call divo tar alap apps nai tar number e call divo tar ki internet thakte hobe call dite hole? Bar bar bole number bondho acha but number thake call dile call jay.. Tahole ami Ei apss use kore ki lab amar?
Now it's stable
BTCL has improved the call audio quality. Anyone can enjoy the low call rate with this app. But must have a stable internet connection. Also the app is now more stable then it was before.
The app even not start in my i phone 7 plus
Extremely bad issues. Software even not start on my phone. Developer should improve a lot to solve these problems. If he/she can’t, then I recommend hire developer from usa / Canada…
Login Issues
It’s better apps for me. But right now we faced login issues. Login time when I input my number and press submit that’s time I we face this issue. So please fixed it.

Too laggy
The app is too laggy and it won’t let me call someone directly from default call app. It’s disgusting. I used it just because of the lower rate but guess I’m gonna stop it too now. It wastes my time.
Recharge
The Nagad payment couldn’t be completed because of the interface. Please fix it as soon as possible.
Discasting
this app is very poor, reverse sound fixed problem , blug,and yo much extra noise
