Been using this app since the launching day, it crashes a lot, has a lot of bugs, it worked fine for the first few days and then the bugs started appearing. At first it would take 2-3 clicks to make a call but as time passed, it completely stopped working, i wanted to see if they fixed it after the update but they didnt. I even recharged my account with a huge amount as i thought the issue was fixed but till this day whenever i press the paid call, the app crashes. Very unprofessional approach of BTCL.

BTCL is a government organisation, these people get salary without working so they don’t care about giving a good service, if any at all. Nowadays it’s so bad that calls don’t even go through, these people should be flogged for wasting taxpayer money like this.

The latest version is now a bit stable, no, not facing any issue except call log and copy pasted numbers while dial.
