Camera didn’t work within a day. App doesn’t let me access support that I have paid. Advice in settings doesn’t help Doesn’t allow me to change the door bell (i.e turn it off if I needed to not be disturbed) if you working from home and in a meeting. You get the alarm allow when someone calls the bell. Can’t turn off the camera by app.

The app generally is snappy and very intuitive. However, we have a door bell and when someone pushes the ringers or walks past (we have motion detection enabled) it alerts via the app but the image capture is not shown in the app. You have to log out/ in to have the image capture shown. We had a Ring before and that worked, would love it to work like that.

Electrician was very friendly and efficient despite some initial problem with a mistake by the salesperson who surveyed my property prior to installation and underestimated my requirements he managed to sort things out and my system is now up and running . Thank you so much to him and the office staff

Hi It’s not smart application

Went to change my internet provider and now can’t get access to my cameras ? How stupid is that that I have to book a call from an engineer to change over the Wi-fi provider !!!! Should be able to do it on the app. I’m able to change the Wi-fi for the main panel but not the cctv. STUPID STUOID STUPID STUPID. Would give no starts if I could.

App is showing a severe alert for our thermostat even though the thermostat has now been replaced, it also shows it as a pool/spa alert when the info after clicking on the details for this alert clearly show it is meant to be the home A/C thermostat, it also does not show when a light is on or off, it only shows as on by changing to yellow as soon as you click the ‘on’ but when you go back into the app it is no longer showing as on even though it is actually on. Very frustrating and been like that since we had the light switch installed, however the same kind of switch installed for a different light works perfectly well so I’m assuming this is an issue with the app and I thought by now this would be sorted out with technology moving as fast as it does. Apart from the alert that won’t go away and the light switch this could be be a really fantastic app.

It doesn’t display the correct info, half of the time you have to try multiple times before something starts to work. Very disappointing! I would have given minus 5 stars if it was at all possible !
