Complimentary Night Booking Hassle
You can’t automatically book the Complimentary Night, you need to Email the Hotel and authorize them to book the Complimentary night. Such a Hassle.

Other booking apps are way better than what this app is advertising. It doesn’t work. A waste of time
Poor access to app
Even this critical comment can’t get through with less than a start . It always ask for a nickname that has been taken You deserve no star at all. So I jacked up all the stars but with hypercritical comments, it’ll get through Hotel I tried to access Joy Nostalge Manila did nothing on my reservations. Accur Team is also a scam. Nobody cared to help

I love the accor + app eversince I became a member. Its so easy to use, & help me with my decision to always book accor hotels anywhere.
I cannot see/apply my Accor Plus Rates, StayPlus
Why can I not use my Accor Plus card with the app??? The app keeps showing me Accor All rates only without my Accor Plus, and I cannot enter my Accor Plus Number. There is also no option to use StayPlus. Please fix this as it your app is very difficult to use and if I let myself get confused I will end up wasting my Accor Plus benefits just because they are not “appearing” when I use the app!!!
