New update

Sorry but the new update 7/7-2022 did not work. The app stops at first page where is says “we respect your integrity….” You should click on Continue but nothing happens. Totally frozen. 20220611 - New update today did not solve the problem. Today it’s white screen with Accor ALL logo and a blue spinning wheel but nothing happens.

You can not add your card to Apple Wallet.

Terrible experience

First of all, I really like the idea of the app and it looks really good. But it has a terrible flaw that I fon’t know how it made it to market: during the online check-in process, if I press on any button that creates a pop-up window, the app locks and I can’t do anyhting but restart the check-in process. Because the process requires quite a lot of input the firat time around, it has taken 20 frustrating minutes of my time, and then I finally gave up!! How is this a good customer experience?? No, if you want people to do your work for you, you have to do a better job! Fix this and you will get four stars. The question is if I will ever give it a second chance...

Very straight forward app. Easy to use.

Useless for families

Very very bad. Just try to search availability of 1 or 2 rooms for 5 people. Search result shows all hotels, even the ones that don't have available rooms. Shown price is for 1 room 2 people (not what i searched!). Several extra clicks needed for finding out the availability or the actual price for 5 people. Bad...
