1.แจ้งก่อนขายว่าการันตีราคาจากเว็บการจองรร.ต่างๆ พูดแค่ว่าลดทัทที10% โดยไม่อธิบายวิธีการว่าต้องทำยังไงบ้าง ไม่บอกว่าต้องจองทางเว็บอื่นก่อนต้องแคปหน้าจอต้องส่งเมล์ ต้องรอเพื่อทำการเคลมต้องทำการชำระกับทางเว็บอื่นก่อนถึงเคลมได้ คือต้องเสียเงินกับทางนั้นก่อน 2.ก่อนสมัครถามแล้วว่าเราไม่มีบัตรเคดิตจะใช้สิทธิ์สมาชิกหรือทำการจองรร.ได้ไหม ผู้ขายบอกว่าได้โอนก็ได้เดบิตก็ได้ แต่ไม่บอกว่าการไม่มีบัตรเครดิตการันตีจะทำให้ค่าที่พักสูงกว่าเมื่อเทียบกัน ไม่โอเคมากๆกับการขายแบบส่งๆ ขายเพื่อเอายอด

Accor plus member
It is not a user friendly app. I cannot add my credit card to pay for the reservation. It kept saying error when add the expiration date. So you will not be able to reserve the room by using App. Finally i have to call the hotel to make a reservation. Should Accor notify the problem because I saw a lot of comment regarding this issue. And I also leave a comment and conplaint to the hotel reseration department quite frequency for a long time!!!
