حتى لو كان يبدو ارخص من بعض التطبيقات الاخرى الا ان التطبيقات الاخرى تعطي غرف افضل من ناحية الحجم والاطلالة بفرق زهيد(لنفس الفندق). الأسوأ في هذا التطبيق ان احتماليه عدم استقبالك من الفندق وارده جدا حتى لو وصلك ما يؤكد حجزك !! وغير مرمطة انك تصل للفندق ويتم اخبارك انه لا يوجد حجز باسمك، تدخل في سالفة طويلة لرد فلوسك !!! التطبيق فاشل من واقع تجربة ..

اسوء تجربة مع اسوء تطبيق . ما انصح ابدا تعتمد عليهم

اسوء تجربة لي مرة معاكم اول مرة كانت في رمضان، حجزنا بالتلفون ودفعنا بالبطاقة السعودية، وأول ما وصلنا الفندق عند الحرم يقول ماعندك حجز. موظفكم رفض يكلم موظف الفندق يقول فيه مختص بيتصل عليه شوي ٦ ساعات انتظار لين بعد صلاة الفجر في الاستقبال بالاخير كنسل الموظف الحجز وحجزنا كاش من الفندق. ثاني مرة وهي الي ممكن تورط السياح اللي مو عامل حسابه لميزانية احتياط. حجزت من سيدني رفض يقبل البطاقة الأسترالية قمت كلمت اخوي يحجز من بطاقته من السعودية حجزنا ذهاب من سيدني الى الرياض. وتم إرسال الوثائق للمطابقة وتم إرسال الكنفورميشن والتذكرة. قبل الرحله في الليل دخلت بسوي تشك ان اونلاين لم اجد التكت ومكتوب انه تم استراجع قيمة التذكرة. اتصلت ع مكتبكم دولي مكالمة لمدة ساعة مفادها انه اشتبهنا انها عملية احتيال وكنسلنا الحجز. ما احد بلغني ولا احد قالي اي شي ورفض انه يعيد الحجز. وأرسل ايميل يبلغني انه تم الغا حجزك اثناء المكالمة. مع العلم انه اعطانا ثلالث أسباب لإلغاء الحجز كاذبه بالاخير ثبت على انه اشتباه احتيال. اضطريت اني أحجز تذكرة بسعر أغلى بكثير لانها قبل الرحله ب ١٠ ساعات. مع العلم المبلغ الي سحبوه الى الان مارجعوه

الأفضل على الإطلاق

من أفضل البرامج لحجوزات الفنادق من ناحية القيمة والخيارات المتاحة ويعطي السعر الأجمالي شامل الضريبة والخدمة أرخص من بقية المواقع الأخرى

جودة التطبيق سيئة بامكانها تكون افضل بطيء ويعلق كثيييير ⏳😪
