App refreshing/ reloading every second

Hello, your app is refreshing every second and not staying at one page.

Very bad customer care

Al mosafir app is not checking the hotels properly and some hotels are really scam Once u ask Al mosafir customer care for help with the hotel they will not help at all and this will make ur trip so bad in other country …I recommend not to use this app as really once we pay after that they are not helpful

Customer service is useless

I spoke to customer care executive for more than 5 times they told I will get a call and that will never happen. I requested to cancel my flight days before and they didn’t do and nobody take responsibility on the customer care. Frustrating spending money on the useless app for nothing l.

Nice app for booking flights and holidays. I am using from last two years Good 👍👍

Very bad app amd website: loss of time

I booked a ticket and waited for 1 whole day for ticket confirmation. This is Not a reliable website. Also I tried booking another flight schedule.. but shows different prices on confirmation page. Even if you contact the email customer support, they will just tell "concerened team is now working, we will update you". If anyone want to book a flight ticket, my advice is, please don't book through this app or its website. Please use any other website so that you will not loose your time waiting for ticket confirmation. Happy journey dears.
