As soon as I open the app right after downloading, it will crash!

Keeps crashing

Have iOS 12.5.5 and Since update it will not open. It automatically crashes no mater what I’ve tried

Great app!

I have an old iPhone with an IOS of 10.3.4. Bought this app as it's one of the few that will work on IOS 10 and above. Worked really well, and I like the 'voices', but some of my ePub files were loading in backwards and starting on the last chapter. Emailed customer service and within a week they fixed the problem and redid the app!! Now it works *perfectly*! Many thanks for their quick and knowledgeable customer service people!

Was OK now poor

Enjoyed this app but after registering to get unlimited saves it stopped saving and refused to renew purchase. NOW! IT WILL NOT OPEN! It goes to opening screen then drops to background and will not open. Can not use. Gone, Kaput, Nada! Switched to another text reader.

Good as one tool in the toolbox

A good supplement to other strategies for read aloud OCR. It seems like there is no perfect solution. Some pdfs come up as gibberish, and some combinations of characters (like ff) get misread or omitted so this can’t be my only tool. I like the easy access to adjusting speed. This app is better than the accessibility settings in my version of ibooks which keeps skipping pages and less time consuming than the editing involved in pasting to a word processing app and exporting to itunes as a spoken text.

Some silly mispronunciations though. Signage is pronounced. Sig-nayge

A couple of annoyances

Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to start reading halfway through a text. Also, once the keyboard comes up, you can't minimize it. Fix these and it'll be perfect.

Cannot change voice options. Please fix

Excellent

I really like this app, it has helped me through university so much! I suffer from severe eye strain and this has saved me with my 40 pages articles. In addition, It takes me about 40 minutes to get to school and listening to all of my articles has helped manage my time and study during unconventional times! I love it! I highly recommend. You can sync it to the cloud or Dropbox!

Worst App Ever

The does not work ... Should not have even 1 star !! 😟😠
