Fraudulent company
They have forced people out of lifetime purchase and into subscription with no refund. This is false advertising and fraud, it could be a class action, DO NOT support this company, they will go down soon for this behaviour

absolutely disappointed- Already paid for ability to use this app locally and it turned to be now I am forced to use subscriptions. I am deleting you from my all devices. Strongly advising - keep away from this developer and all his apps !
