Can’t even log in to start the application. Unsure what to do.

When i joined on July 2022. There are a lot of offer everyday. And Every Friday afternoon There are 40-50 new offers released. But After 6 months later. I can not see any offers Even on Friday. There is totally nothing available for me. It is Wasting my time to check all the time. What i think is the Amazon flex not sending the offers to everyone. Maybe only new joined drivers. Keep contact with support team Never got problem fixed. Send me bonus offer to delivery blocks get bonus payment. But problem is i can not delivery blocks Because there is no offer in my account.

App never works

The app has a login issue...i am situated in australia but the app keeps taking me to the uk login site due to which i am not able to access the contents

Very hard to get blocks while everyone is using block grabbers from illegal 3rd party aps other than that easy work flexibility of hours

Impossible to get blocks now due to people using 3rd party apps to reserve blocks for them.

Amazon flex is just a time wasting, they make you to complete background check, transport records. After all this, they saying that we don’t need driver, just wasting time and money

if there is any issue they never provide adequate information which ultimately wastes your time…

Never answer my question with their support team, its hard to find the way to call them, it’s like a ghost company, seem like you fail the verification part, they will never talk or reply any email back to you again, using copy and paste reply email style, by saying the we cannot make decisions for your application or review. Kind of waste time app.

Amazon Flex’s help and contact are totally trash. You can’t talk with them; you can send an email, and then they answer you, “How can I help you?” despite you explaining everything in the email. The navigation in the app is not working correctly. It shows the back of houses.
