Downloaded app, uploaded everything and now forever no slots in the area. But jobs is advertised on every job search platform. What rubbish. A waste of my time

After many emails and calls since first time signing up on 21 DECEMBER 2023, no one reply to my emails and return calls. Then after repeated “application/registration process” since then till last week, finally I found out - No competent Customer Service agents (Based in Philippines @ +65 800 321 1293) - myself how to proceed beyond the “TAX INFORMATION INTERVIEW” step❗️ After completing balanced processes of PAYMENT + DRIVER’S LICENSE VERIFICATION + 6 Videos + BACKGROUND CHECK + PHOTO UPLOAD, then I waited for news. Next, I received updates that verifications passed for details submitted on my Bank Deposit Account, Driver’s License, and Background Checks. Following that, with A Current Portrait Photo accepted, I was told to logout and sign in to my “AMAZON.CO.UK” - it is showing on screen as such since Day One? - account… Finally, I had to “enter phone number for this device”. Last screen was “SORRY THERE AREN’T ANY DELIVERY OPENINGS IN *YOUR AREA* AT THE MOMENT. CHECK BACK IN THE *NEXT DAY OR TWO* TO SEE IF ANY OPENINGS BECOME AVAILABLE.” Is Amazon FLEX a Scam Operation❓ Hopefully NOT! Else Amazon US and it’s affiliates are utterly irresponsible and unprofessional to waste my (and countless others’) priceless efforts and time over many days to go through its sign up processes, and contents like EDUCATION VIDEOS which convinced me otherwise with its Easy and Straightforward instructions for :- 1 Acceptance/Cancellation of Delivery Blocks, 2 Driver Support, 3 Earnings Page (Total Earnings + Payment Details), 4 Flex Vest, 5 Help Menu (Emergency Help button), 6 Today’s Itinerary, 7 Notifications (eg. Reserved Offers), 8 Setup Availability (in-app) to ONLY receive OFFERS for TIMINGS which work for ME, 9 Every offer Expected earnings, and last but not least 10 show Virtual Photo ID upon request.⁉️

When l first downloaded the app. I can go in. Signed up. Then next time l open the app, cannot even access anymore… And l don’t understand why each time l need to turn on Bluetooth & location service. Which l don’t turn them on if l don’t need to.. Don’t even know Singapore able to use or not! If it’s still not fixed, l am gonna delete app. Just wasting my time..

Always hung at login screen unless I key in wrong password then there will be a prompt. Otherwise just stopped at same page without any prompt.

That a error Amazon Flex , cannot login even my friend try many time still cannot login. Please help us.

I have tried to register in May2023 and got stuck at driver’s licence verification. Resend pic of licence and emailing them multiple times but no one will reply. They already gotten my ic number and bank info. It’s now Jan 2024 and have emailed them again to delete my account and it’s still the same, no one will reply. It’s a dead app.

Every time I attempt to login, it just would freeze up. Re-attempt to download again the app. Same issue repeated itself.
