I hate writing bad reviews but this app is awful Please fix the issues

Won’t even load to let me log in And it’s absolute BS that I can’t watch the new season of snowpiercer in AUS without a vpn or illegal download

No matter how many times I try to get this to work, it keeps breaking. From the slow loading times - just to enter the login info, to the errors such as “bad-json-response” this app and related service have no redeeming features. You can spend an hour with their support time and it will eventually work, but once you stop watching, it will stop working again.

If I could give a 0 rating i would first of all I signed for a free trail and then canceled it straight away so I don’t get billed after the trail finishes but that’s bull they still charged me for the month after my trail they won’t give me a refund too for an app that didn’t even work most of the time so don’t even bother with this useless app/subscription

Can’t even get through 1 episode of whatever I’m watching before the app glitches and crashes and stops streaming. Save your money do not use this app.

Worst streaming app I have ever used slow, clunky and most times won’t connect. I have to reinstall each time for it to work same issues regardless of device I won’t be renewing

Very poor app. It would not start in most cases and then would not play the content. I gave it 1 star instead of zero as their customer support tried to assist. However, I have not been able to watch anything despite the troubleshooting measures suggested.

it’s bad on the ios version, so slow and glitchy and hardly remembers what you’re currently watching let alone what you watched in the past. so i went ok, maybe the google tv version is better. somehow it’s even worse. not going to bother to continue past my free subscription which is too bad because i do really like interview with the vampire and there’s so much cool stuff on there i was looking forward to watching (first time i could legally watch possession!). i’ll try again in a year and see if they’ve managed to employ some kind of quality control or UI team.

I love the content on AMC+ but unfortunately the app definitely let it down. I can’t even get into the app. It never opens for me. I’m super obsessed with some of the shows on here and experience unfortunately is subpar I pay for a monthly basis will be unsubscribing till I get there together.
