I have systems in two countries. Annke does not allow me to see both. Also I cannot work out how to watch events on my app.

I setup the C800 camera with a password that had special characters. The Vision apps does not accept those characters and now I cannot add as online device. I would need to reset the password on the POE device and use normal characters. Defeats the purpose of making the password string mmmm?

Great response time for alerts. I little difficult to setup detection zones. Once you work it it is easy after that. Didn’t work from web version but did within Apk. Highly recommended product and will be buying more

This Annkie system is too complicated for everything. Not user friendly at all. This thing can be easily done very simpler magic way if a person with a brain tried to design the system.

This app has a some questionable design choices and is mostly okay for viewing the cameras live with a bit of playback. However most the time I crashes or says ‘Network issues’ when trying to playback footage. Trying to download a video is beyond terrible. The time has gone out of sync with my cameras and I can’t get it to line back up. The fact you have to “record” the section you want is the dumbest design ever as it will never be fast enough to record the start of the event file. Why is there no button to just download that event clip?!

Everything works fine, including date on camera monitor. Problem is when connecting remotely with iPad, date is American. How can I change to Day/ Month/Year on iPad?

After the update the playback is a solid blue all the way through instead of individual lines of episodes can this be fixed pls

This is incredibly annoying while using an iPad, the phone app is great in this regard.
