This app need to update can’t view all the camera at same time , take to much time to view each camera very slow, I don’t recommend anyone to buy this

Setting/drawing motion detection zones is a gigantic mess, the screen scrolls when you’re dragging the points which screws up the box, and then you go to press save afterwards and the button does nothing. So I have to go to my device to configure the camera with a mouse, which defeats the purpose of the app

Called Annke to find out why my iPad ( used as a monitor) keep timing out; I was told it takes to much cloud storage so they changed it… I had no idea they were keeping my videos as I have to format the drive when it’s full anyway. Did she accidentally tell me this? So now because I don’t own a computer I have to buy a new system 😡it won’t be annke ever again! I’ve had this unit a few years now and it was great until this latest update, it BLOWS, I use my iPad as a monitor and now at 5 minutes of play it stops, saying I’ve viewed it for five minutes… 24/7 support is a joke I called tech support at 8 and they were closed… supposed to be open till 8:30 😏 so I tried their bot…no help went online to the community…no help, the only thing positive I can say is the cameras are great and clear, my DVR doesn’t automatically re-write, and you’re not actually getting 1 tb of memory,

Update: Fixed....Live view used to come up within a second. Now takes 10-15

The app is difficult to navigate. Settings are all over the place. Simple tasks are bogged down with a completely unintuitive layout. It’s as if Annke requested a number of features for the app and the app creator just crammed the features in all over the place to simply meet the criteria of the request. The latest update October 2024 just made things even worse.

for the love of god can you make this app have a dark mode, every time i open this app i get flashbanged

Having to use MS IE as only interface to the 4 camera NVR is too annoying so tried this app. Can’t even get connection using IP nor serial number method. Thought it might be usable but not so. Granted 2015 hardware is probably done for. Will add on to my Protect based AI cameras which are awesome. Just trying to have a backup solution from ChiCom provider.

Very hard to reset the password is scan. The QR code is still doesn’t come in.
