AntiStress – use conscious breathing and assess your stress level
AntiStress helps you deal with everyday stress. An audio guide teaches you conscious breathing, which research has shown can reduce stress and increase your well-being. To help you begin to understand your stress levels, the app allows you to make daily notes about what saps or boosts your energy and your perceived stress level. These notes are kept in your personal diary on your smartphone.
How can listening to AntiStress help me?
When we are stressed, we automatically breathe shallower and faster. If we consciously breathe more calmly and deeper, it sends signals to the brain which reduce stress. Try to practise AntiStress every day. Using the method regularly can help to manage thoughts and feelings that might otherwise prevent you from having a sense of well-being. Give yourself time and patience. The AntiStress self-care programme is designed to prevent and reduce stress. AntiStress should be seen as a complement to other care programmes that reduce the amount of stress in your life. If you have serious stress-related problems, it is important that you contact your healthcare centre.
The AntiStress app is produced by the Research and Development Unit at Primary care Fyrbodal, Region Västra Götaland. Research in several fields of medicine have been used in its development by Tina Arvidsdotter, PhD in Health Sciences.

Very very veryyyy Recommended I love this app so much!! Go to conscious breathing then go to rest and sleep!! I’ve been so stressed and couldn’t sleep and very time this app puts me to sleep. It’s even good for school if you can’t go to sleep early enough I promise you this app will help‼️

So it’s pretty much just a journal with dates of ur stress, but I was laughing so hard because the voice that is for breathing exercises is so funny😂

I’m getting into my freshman year of high school, so I’ve been going through a lot of stress relief apps, but this is the best one yet! The “My Diary” part is really helpful, especially since you get to rate each day on a scale of how stressed you were. It helps because I get to look back and reflect and see if I’ve improved, and what I need to do to improve. The Conscious Breathing is a little cheesy though. It’d be better if it was just the music instead of all those breath in, breath out parts. It seem like they’re trying to hard by saying things like “let the air move through you” and “let the oxygen flooooooooooow through your entire body”. It gets repetitive after a while and would definitely be better with just the music in the background. Other than that, this is amazing!

The app has 2 parts your diary and conscious breathing. The diary is basically a slot for each day that you write down how your day was. Then it says , stop and reflect. So that mean you move this cursor that has , clam, very clam , stressed , and very stressed. Then the breathing is very helpful. I feel very clam after a 15 minute session. I love this game and I hope that you do to!😃.

Appen är ok men varje gång när jag använder appen blir min iPhone varm och batteriet minskar kraftigt. Mobilen är den nyaste så det är ingenting fel med mobilen. Jag har försökt med en annan mobil och samma resultat.

Hej, jag tycker att appen är jättebra, jag skriver varje dag om hur min dag har varit och exakt allt som har hänt, sedan i oktober/ november förra året. Men en dålig sak som hände var att precis allt jag skrivit bara försvann. Och det skulle vara väldigt bra/snällt om man kunde få tillbaka det på något sätt. (har skrivit 30-60 minuter varje dag, så det var väldigt mycket information som försvann)

Det funkar inte till hörselskadade i grövre grad. Hade det visuella stöd som ljud gör skulle sitta fint o få hög betyg.. alltså ingen betyg från mig hittills…
