I purchased my Apollo to help support anxiety. Little did I know that it would be an all-around life-saver. In the midst of writing a dissertation, focus mode helped me stay in the zone. Sleep has improved, and I start my mornings and am ready for my workout with “energy”. Love it so much!

Nothing but frustration with this. Bluetooth connection drops constantly, I’ve tried connecting it to my Oura ring. I just won’t $99 to upgrade to Vibes specifically to connect with my ring and I can’t get them integrated. What a waste of money, I’ll keep trying!

App performs well for the out of the box functions. Makes it easy to control etc. I was skeptical about the subscription and the function behind the ai features such as smart vibes, stay asleep, etc. the being said. I find myself feeling much more rested in the mornings with the stay asleep function active. Would love to see some additional programs added, as their routine vibes that run a long program (vs turning on a single setting) are pretty useful. It is not a magic bullet but it is a nice compliment to a routine.

My doctor recommended Apollo Neuro to help me recover from a dysregulated nervous system that caused me to get no more than 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours of sleep each night for a few months. I’ve been using this device now for a little more than a week and already have more than doubled my amount of sleep per night.

overall i am glad i purchased an apollo neuro. in my first month, i did notice an improvement in my sleep. specifically, i don’t wake up in the middle of the night as much. i’ve also noticed an improvement in headaches, focus, and mood. my only complaints are that the sleep tracking is not very accurate and will often track me as sleeping when i clearly am not. i also think the app is a bit buggy. however, despite this i’ve seen enough benefit from the product that id say it is worth a shot if you can afford it.

How did we ever live without it? I am not sure. Get it & Premium Vibes — it will change your life & health for the better!

This app is one of the most glitchy apps I’ve ever used. It always freezes, doesn’t respond, etc. But now, it refuses to even load and launch correctly and I’ve tried restarting my phone too

This product has been absolutely amazing so far! I have used it to fall asleep, stay focused and get energized. It has done all 3 for me! My only complaint is the battery life but that’s not a huge deal compared to the good it has done!

My initial enthusiasm for Apollo has waned. I used it to increase sleep, and its impact has been modest. Your experience may be different.
