1. MOOD TRACK: people can track their mood, emotions, and thoughts. And they will find insightful trends and triggers of their moods, which is helpful for their wellness.
2. GUIDED MENTAL HEALTH JOURNAL: three good things, gratitude journal, daily reflection, success journal and so on.
3. INTERACTIVE SELF-HELP SESSIONS: Each self-help session is designed for specific situations and problems, providing both the underlying reasons behind these issues and the principles of their solutions. At the same time, we designed questions to guide users through mindfulness writing practices, aiming to soothe emotions and solve practical problems.
4. AI reply. Your AI friend will reply to your every journal, supporting and giving helpful insights.

希望优化一下日记搜索和筛选的功能,总体来说是个不错的日记app

筛选的选项太少,没办法对应到不同主题的练习,查找很不方便,搜索练习的主题是查找不到对应的日记的。引导练习库的内容如果可以有更多,且在记录心情时,选择想要的引导练习会更方便记录
