No English and without registration you can’t access your tickets with only a reservation number + names like any other airline app or website

L’application est inutilisable puisque je parle français/anglais et qu’elle est en chinois. Impossible de comprendre comment changer la langue (lorsqu’elle est marquée en anglais dans les réglages)

The application is really not updated not to say very very old, Not fluid, bad translation very complicated. Last times I take a flight with china southern! 👎👎

Everything in Chinese, no option to change languages that you can easily find or understand. App is not intuitive at all. Worst customer experience I’ve had with an airline. And the worst thing is that it seems it has been like this for many years and they do nothing to fix it. Do not recommend this airline or this app to anyone who does not speak Chinese.

Difficult to understand. One of the biggest company in the world, app in Chinese only. There is on automatic language selection

If you don’t speak mandarin, you can’t use this app. It gives the possibility to switch to english, but as soon as you want so sign in, everything switch back to mandarin. I just can’t use it to check-in for my flights ! Please fix this ASAP

太差了

Nothing works on it! You can’t credit miles, or do anything on it. Not helpful at all. You would think a large international airline would have the ability to create a useful, interactive card....but no!
