Everything in Chinese, no option to change languages that you can easily find or understand. App is not intuitive at all. Worst customer experience I’ve had with an airline. And the worst thing is that it seems it has been like this for many years and they do nothing to fix it. Do not recommend this airline or this app to anyone who does not speak Chinese.

Difficult to understand. One of the biggest company in the world, app in Chinese only. There is on automatic language selection

If you don’t speak mandarin, you can’t use this app. It gives the possibility to switch to english, but as soon as you want so sign in, everything switch back to mandarin. I just can’t use it to check-in for my flights ! Please fix this ASAP

太差了

Nothing works on it! You can’t credit miles, or do anything on it. Not helpful at all. You would think a large international airline would have the ability to create a useful, interactive card....but no!

Would be handy to allow other sky team membership cards as well..

全球各大航空公司里就中国几大航空公司的网络服务相当的差。东航就不提了，网络直接用不了，订票都订不了。南航的我也就呵呵了，看看这个运用，打开就像十几岁孩子做的，图标界面俗不可耐，丑得没办法形容。会员注册什么的，你不支持国外手机号码你上架这个软件做什么？找骂是吧！ 我才打开两分钟就秒删了，要不是因为国内段有你航的航班我才永远不会下载这个破软件！

Impossible to register (captcha not displaying) Cannot save frequent flyers.. Still not the worse compared to other Chinese airlines
