It is all Chinese

The app is so annoying. It’s all Chinese and so hard for me to change it to English even tho my location is NZ

Language problem

Even tho I’ve selected my country as New Zealand and language as English. Every time I click on something it reverts back to Chinese so only the home page is English. It’s shockingly horrible app

A piece of garbage

Hard to understand why such a big company has this dis functional app. Someone must have received a good rebate.

非常让人失望的app

在南航网站登陆会员购买机票后登陆app 查询不到已订机票一度让我怀疑是不是我订个假网站。app 菜单很多可是尝试了几个功能全都不好用增加联系人电话号码不行修改显示语言也不行没找到哎浪费时间非常失望的app 简单好用一点不行吗

So buggy

It’s the worst app ever. Also, the airline doesn’t refund the miles properly after they cancelled my pre-selected seats. Definitely not recommend if you have other airline companies to choose from.

总体运行慢，有些模块常常无响应，不得已而用之

后台响应慢，不是服务器繁忙就是打不开，买个机票常常要来来回回搞很多次。特别是什么专享特惠，页面能打开就像中彩票。这么大个公司，做不出个像样的app，空有一堆功能，里子后台跟豆腐渣工程一样。这么多年没长进，和南航优秀的运营表现实在不符，垃圾app。

Total waste of time

When I signed up for this app it made me put in a password when I try to sign into the app it asked me to use a pin of numbers so of course it doesn’t match the password that it asked me to set up when you go to recover your password it tells you to put in a 6 to 10 digit password but will not except it no matter how many digits you use this app is a total waste of time customer service does not bother to answer your questions they just make rubbish invalid excuses total waste of time would’ve thought more of an airline of this size it concerns me that if they can’t get something as simple as this sorted what else can’t they do correctly 😱

Disaster

You need to have patience’s of angels if going to use this app. It’s slow and unreliable.there is no clear instructions or processes to follow. Trying to sort anything out is incredibly frustrating. Very disappointing.
