頻繁的廣州台北來回飛 累積不了積分 也無法透過app選位 最近改搭乘海航 至少別人家的app可以有台胞證的選項註冊會員

这是航空公司app里头最烂
电子发票等功能全部故障。没人理没人修复。一看就知道这个航空公司管理出很大问题哦。

什麼都查不到
用APP加了會員，然後買了票付完款，看到顯示已出票，之後不管是訂單還是客票驗證都查不到任何資料，官方網站網頁也是，但APP選位的地方卻有顯示我的票訊資料，也能選位，但查不到就是讓我有點慌。最後還是直接打電話詢問客服，客服還馬上使用官網的客票驗證，說她查的到，掛了電話再試，我還是查不到。總之我只確定了我有買到票，但為什麼我查不到，我不知道。以這個經驗，下次要是能不買你家的票我不會想再買，衷心建議您們改良優化線上的服務，系統每一個動作都跑得很慢，非常難用。
