Downloaded and would want to use it but for me that doesn’t know how to read mandarin, u can’t even navigate the apps. Not user friendly for someone can’t read mandarin

一直log out 要不然就是输入验证码的时候一直跳掉

Thank God as a Malaysian we know Mandarin, cuz the app is only available in Mandarin. The app is only user-friendly for people from China as the occupation verification is very limited and you can’t enjoy benefits or privileges in collecting points or exchanging mileage using the points unless you’re a local. Please create a global one where you can change the language to English.. 做个国际版的app吧…

I don’t know where to start, from phone number to company name, there’s like some hidden format or policy preventing me from entering, though I had exhausted all different way possible, couldn’t get help on that either. Furthermore, I wasn’t allowed to proceed if I don’t enter the information required in the “Optional” field!! After keying in everything, an error popped up “The operation expired. Please refresh the page and try again. “ I did, same error message popped up again. I gave up updating in the end. The least to expect is for the App to work, then only user friendliness, this App has to get things to work first. Please work on this. 加油！

I downloaded the app with my AppStore region in Malaysia but the entire app is in mandarin..... not a single English word at all......
