The app takes long time to load literally every single page. As a mobile development professional I’d recommend not just saving cost by using web views but considering turning some critical flows into native pages. That would help performance.

It was frustrating that app itself was sluggish and suffered long time waiting and even failed to do my online check in, tainted na brand of a ‘Star Alliance’

It offers everything you need, but I feel like it could enhance the software technology with more up-to date systems as it feels a bit old..

Now waiting for transit to YVR Vancouver

Totally useless.

The push notification told me I have two messages, when I login, it says “no messages”. Connection is so so so slow, I would not reply on it to get a boarding pass on my screen. I thought Taiwan has one of the best IT persons in the world, this would give them a bad reputation.

EVA App is so slow and I get connection time out most of the time. Why not just offer a web version?

For 2023 standards this app was outdated in every possible segment imo, you guys should really consider a “version update” like what Lufthansa did
