The app does not allow to add 2nd or 3rd flight etc. Or it’s not clear on where to add the information. To bad missed opportunity.

Even after landing time, the app doesn’t show actual landing time, just the estimated one.

The app takes ages to load every time I click on something

EVA had previously a wonderful app developed for iPad. Unfortunately they discontinued it. You have to use the iPhone app, with this horrible electronically enlarged miniscreen. But above all, it doesn’t work: impossible to enter flight booking, screen freeze, etc. They have such a wonderful planes and amazing on-board service but such a disappointing app. Strange CRM !

So heard to contract

It’s complicated ,because I’m booking via EVA website and didn’t use frequent program of EVA (I’m use ROP) . It’s hard to manage booking by Eva application it’s need to entry booking ref/ family Name / given name every time when I’m want to mange the booking .

While checking for flight information on the app regarding pricing, once you select Business Class the app will not allow you to revert to a cheaper fare selection. If you do you are automatically offered only the Business Class fare.

Cannot login to app try to forgot password function but cannot do it show passport number incorrect how can i do?
