EVA AIR

This is a truly bad airline app, and as a constant traveler, I've used many. It could be a model for over complexity, obfuscation, user unfriendliness, and just plain weirdness. I spent hours trying to use it, with only occasional success. There's no salvaging this thing, EVA Air needs to start over from scratch.

Useless for accurate time of departure because it says Bro256 board at 16:25 Bro256 Depart at 16:30 Rumor is it is delayed 15 min++ but this app is misleading.

I really don’t know how the app get such a high rating. I have used a lot of different airline app and by far this is the worst. App is slow to respond. A lot of time it wouldn’t even log on into the app. Error message is minimal so if you do something wrong you really don’t know what you did wrong. Interface is not logical. For example in search for flight you have to add your first and middle name without space to search for confirmation. It is frustrating to use this stupid app. If this is the level of software expertise in Taiwan, China will swallow Taiwan whole.

There’s no way to change currency or get help with chat or email, this is horrible, better just book with Agoda 😡

First Time flying and BAD experience

Does not show gate number on the mobile boarding pass.

延迟時间超过三個小时，而且一直没有给众人一個確实時间登机，只能傻傻等！是一個不怎么满意的飛行経歷。

I cant find anything and the app really cant handle much. I cant I see the times of my flight from the app? You think that would be a pretty important feature. This app is not user friendly and needs a serious upgrade

App keeps crashing. It is not usable Please fix
