一直lag
每次進入app都一直lag,買票lag,查看行程lag,一直無限的lag,這麼大的航空公司，app就不能優化一些嗎？
垃圾app
完全在浪费客户时间 Purely a waste of time. Garbage.
Disappointing
This is an extremely inefficient app. It is truly disappointing from a 5 star airline.

VIEVQI这應該是我訂單編號，我的會員編號3322216682我當初打電話去訂票，並沒有說要訂16号台北飛北京，我人都在北京了咋再飛？票物員失誤導致我会扣款嗎？損失誰賠償？後來在機場也申訴，你们打電話我也申訴退票、不是我問題，為何至今沒人處理？還要我扣款？是不是太過分了你們！我還是你們忠實乘客，現在不理不睬太過分了！難道非要我找記者再去抱怨你們才受理嗎
關於罷工事宜
我支持長榮航空董事會及指浱人員的決定，對於18位空姊等客人入座後才罷工，簡直是自私、惡劣、決對不能原諒、一定要開除，再把名單公佈給各航空公司，不得讓他們再任職其行業才行，一定要堅持下去✊不然以後沒完沒了了！加油💪長榮加油
會員登入，好不方便的界面
不知道開發者到底有沒有嘗試登入會員過，登入驗証碼後就靠運氣能不能下一步了，一點都不方便，還常給登出，退步，用的火氣都起來了
