Slow and imprecise information
The app is very slow, the seat change doesn’t show the selected seat. Very limited information for an airline app standard.
Unfortunately does not work, Crash on Lanuch
The app doesn't work on an iPhone 14 with iOS 17.1.1 I always get the message: Your device appears to have been unofficially modified, making it vulnerable to malicious attacks, putting your personal information at risk of being stolen. For this reason we are temporarily unable to offer any service. Please improve. Now i have iOS 17.4 and the App Crash on Launch. Please fix this. Do you have the possibility that I can test a new version via TestFlight?

Poor UX
Whoever designed this app didn’t do a good job. It’s not intuitive at all and quirky to use. It also logs you out for no reason and then requires you to retype your flight data … very annoying. There are much better airline apps around …
Not the best app
I using many airlines apps but this app is very weird to use. The interface could be better and i had problems with the login with my email.
Very Poor
Not possible to book Kaohsiung to Düsseldorf, or Taipei to Düsseldorf with the App. For a Star Alliance and international Airline NO GO
Basic functions only, often with hiccups
Unfortunately no direct contact possible. Only by phone which is always more than time consuming due to the long waiting times. Usually not possible to solve issues within less than 20-30 minutes. App cannot book tickets with multiple destinations. Sometimes App has some bugs or inconveniences and you need someone to help. However, there is no quick support available (see above).
根本沒辦法進入付款頁面
也不是什麼搶機票的時段，進入到付款頁面無限卡頁面然後跳通知說操作時間逾期…
丟台灣人臉的APP
上APP 除沒法直接看到自己已訂位的行程外，輸入會員卡號也不行；最後我還得在茫茫郵件中查到自己訂位號 才能看到自已行程；寫這APP的人應覺得很丟臉，下次我直接用攜程訂 免得行程管理有問題
