Very lausy app
Forget password when new version update So hard to forget password and retrieve password Ask too much to reset password
An irresponsibility firm
Bad service. I booked round trip flight ticket to Taipei but then I am not able to have visa from Taiwan goverment (a province of China). Eva had responded to me they have no policy for changing the name or refund, coz they have no policy to support the customers.
Service so terrible!
I won’t not use this airline anymore. Poor meals, poor service

根本沒辦法進入付款頁面
也不是什麼搶機票的時段，進入到付款頁面無限卡頁面然後跳通知說操作時間逾期…
丟台灣人臉的APP
上APP 除沒法直接看到自己已訂位的行程外，輸入會員卡號也不行；最後我還得在茫茫郵件中查到自己訂位號 才能看到自已行程；寫這APP的人應覺得很丟臉，下次我直接用攜程訂 免得行程管理有問題
