當我還很小的時候，我外婆送我一個娃娃，名字是解憂娃娃。她跟我說如果我把煩惱都告訴他，那麼他就會替我煩惱了。而在這個 App 裡面，只要你告訴解憂娃娃你的煩惱，他就會幫你分擔。
你可以學習覺察你的煩惱，當有什麼事情發生時，試著跟解憂娃娃傾訴，讓他成為理解你的美好存在。
當你的煩惱解決了，解憂娃娃就會被戴上黃冠。 在 App 內你也能回顧之前紀錄的所有煩惱們，這是一個經過證實能減少焦慮的好方法喔！
我也曾經深受焦慮與憂鬱的困擾，為了幫助跟我一樣的人們，因此做了這個 App。解憂娃娃的概念涵蓋了認知行為療法、正念技巧以及一些神奇的小魔術。
