内耗的时候，让我内心安定的最好的APP。
他让我明白我的焦虑。可我还是忍不住一次一次的焦虑，但是焦虑的时候如果把它记录下来，回头再看一看。心里都还是会有慰藉的，所有的事情没有你想象的那么糟。
