明明話登記咗做會員就可以48小時之前預辦登機手續一直都未能在Apps處理登機手續都可以辦理嘅時候只係得個別嘅篡位選了位置最後出登機證又把位置分隔20行之多第一次用國泰航空嘅Apps真係覺得非常之差感覺

The app cannot show the reservations no matter I log in by email mobile or member ID, and have no notification to remind passengers for online check in. Used to function more smoothly.

Terrible. The old app allows us to see our coming booked trips. The new one at manage booking does not show it. No good. Fix this glitch please.

Where the Fxxk is the "check in" function? Why it isn't in the drop down menu or right on the front page? If the front page is all about selling more tickets, then you failed to serve your clients the right way!!!!!!!

The booking management cannot show my booking. I need to add my booking into it manually each time I use the app, then it will prompt me that the booking already exist, and then I can see my booking. When I open the app the next day, my booking disappears again. The problem still exists after I have updated the app. This drives me mad !!!!
