Fairly good. But cannot get the sleep function to work.

Band

I have two of the fitness bands but can only log one. Is there a way to log both bands to the app?

Sorry

I had to write to let whoever know that I’m not disappointed with your app or watch at all. It’s just I found this Fitbit and decided I was going to give it to my friend so why why was I setting it all up with my information ?!? Duh! Anyway don’t think I’m too silly .

Charger Problem

No charger included

Doesn’t work all the time

It doesn’t track the sleep time very well. Works for a few days then stops. Please fix this.

Junk

Watch and app are junk. Heart rate ALWAYS reads the same number.

App not working

My app is not working since the last update. All I have is a blank screen, I can’t check anything. Please fix it!!!! Not happy at all!!

Super unhappy

Made the mistake of buying off infomercial. The device itself works ok. Like most the accuracy is questionable. Not looking for superior accuracy for $11. The instructions were lousy but after 15-20 minutes got the watch mostly functional. The app was simple to navigate so was happy at first. Was surprised that after a week the app did not work. Had to sign up for a free account with the catch of providing a credit card. Never a mention of fees, charges or the requirement of a card to use the app. If I have to provide a CC then I will buy a better watch. It’s too bad.

Help

I have had this fit watch for about 4 years but now when I tried to connect it to my phone app it now says it can’t find the device. Now It also won’t let me look at my data on the phone unless I pay to open an account. What has happened?
