I’ve tried so so many to do list apps. I was a big Wunderlist user, and it took a while to find a suitable replacement. This is the best by far, and it honestly has become significantly better in the last year+. Huge fan, cannot recommend enough.
Combining pomodoro technique with task management, TickTick is my favorite productivity app.
I just wanted something to replace Wunderlist and this is it! I need to make a list, check off items, and later uncheck them for items I repeat like groceries, to do, errands, etc. PLUS I needed to sync between iOS and a website for work PC. An import from Wunderlist would be helpful, but I’m happy with it as is.
But please give a lifetime purchase option. I'm sick and tired of everything being a subscription.
I love app
I’m so grateful to finally have a tool that actually works with my ADHD brain! The Eisenhower Matrix finally added to a time management app. The one addition that I would make is adding some daily everyday tasks that we can just choose with some options for preallocated time. Things like shower, brushing teeth, breakfast, etc.. I know it’s like why, but because with ADHD the reference for time is off. How long something will or won’t take. This is in another App that I use that feeds into this one, but literally that’s the one part that I really love that is missing in this app that I fully love. By the way, Day Flow is the app that has this lovely feature.

Glad I got this app! I wish there were a 1 time subscription fee option instead but the app is useful
Works well with how I organize my things and I no longer need to carry around a giant planner. Best features are: the ability to add tasks via Siri and sync with Apple’s reminders app.
This app is amazing for staying organized. You can create multiple lists with differing priorities for each item and have others collaborate on the lists with you. The inbox also allows you to add items quickly and then sort it to the proper list later.
