app was good…

i really liked the app when i first started using it because of the whole ‘voting for your favorite artist’ and you could get more friends by buying an extension (sadly i was only able to buy one) but then it was removed. which is fine, but now all your votes and coins expire so you can’t even save up to vote for your favorite artist :/ and every time you want to send votes/check attendance you have to watch an ad— which gets very annoying btw because sometimes the app crashes and i have to watch an ad once more because the votes didn’t got through…honestly there’s really no point for me to be using this app anymore unless they fix this problem, so i wouldn’t recommend getting this app unless of course, it doesn’t bother you 🤷‍♀️

Company made a money grab so compared to how it used to be it's terrible. Less friends, less votes. Votes and cash expire without much rhyme or reason and now to do anything you have to watch an ad. I'm on the brink of deleting my account and the app.

Breaking what wasn’t broken

I’ve had perfect attendance for over 400 days but just deleted this app. Not only have they made votes practically useless, but now ads play if you want to send votes or check attendance. Beyond ridiculous. I also read that votes and anything in the item box now expire after 24 hours, so what’s the point? People have been leaving in droves and I am happily one of them.

De verdad era una App pensada para que las fans pudieran apoyar a sus artistas favoritos pero con las nuevas actualizaciones y cambios en la App nos están haciendo muy difícil a las fans seguir apoyando como antes. También mencionar que con las supuestas actualizaciones la App se volvió más lenta y difícil de manejar.

FanPlus can’t take a hint

This app never tries to understand what the users want and make it hard to make the app enjoyable now that there’s forced ads while collecting/sending votes and doing attendance, it’s weird and users are at a disadvantage. Everyone is leaving the app even through all the hard work. Also there’s no more boosters.

Was the best, but getting worse.

I have maxed out most of the badges and have over 1k days attendance on this app, but I’m considering leaving after the most recent updates. First, they disincentivised having lots of reliable friends and checking-in on the app regularly by dropping the number of votes you can send/receive daily from 1260 to 210, removed the ability to gain up to 70 friends (now new users can only have 50), and removed the multiplier boosts from both the weekly check-in and shop. With the most recent update, they’ve overloaded the app with ads. Send votes to friends? An ad plays. Daily attendance check-in? Another ad. To get any useable number of votes you must watch 5 ads every day. This app isn’t fun anymore, it’s a drag and time consuming in an annoying way. I’ve had to replace about 20 of my friends in the past month, so many are frustrated with the app that they’re quitting. And I’ll probably join them.

I can’t get into FanPlus

My phone item is IOS.I deleted FanPlus by mistake and I redownloaded it , but now I can’t get into the app. I tried many time. How can I do?

Cambian todo siempre

No es justo que en cada mes cambien las reglas, si tanto dinero están perdiendo con los adds, pongan una meta más alta como 30 millones de votos y listo, algo que sientan que no todo lo van a lograr, pero un top? Para grupos pequeños con fandoms pequeños, entrar a un top no es nada sencillo y menos mantenerse ahí, pero si nos dan una meta que alcanzar por más alta que sea, al menos tenemos algo seguro por qué luchar

useless at this point

ive been a user of fanplus for maybe two years at this point, and they just keep making it harder to get an ad for your idol. the price has increased by several million votes during my time on the app, and now theyre only awarding ads to the top 10 on the birthday polls??? if your fav isnt in a top boy group, you have no chance. the same people will win every time. im probably gonna have to delete the app at this point.
