Even for Chinese it's very bad experience, requires very often update and not user friendly interface. Not going to use it unless absolutely needed

It would be very useful to provide also the english language

试了好几遍就是绑卡失败，有一串错误代码也不说清楚为什么失败
用脚做的软件
身份证过期了，更新新身份证信息咋也识别不上，不懂
为什么一直打不开？闪退
好几天了。重新下载也打不开
吞钱不给
吞钱不给问题不解决就会踢皮球以后再也不会在中国银行办卡早日倒闭吧

不仅仅是软件包括线下银行工作人员 高高在上的态度是要怎样 本身银行就是服务行业 高高在上的样子你觉得自己很了不起吗？ app也烂的不行汇款到卡里之后也不马上显示😅
莫名其妙无法登陆，闪退！
几天前都可以用，现在用不了，闪退，无论重新下载多少次都不行
