Crash issue lasted for days without fix
This app have been crashing for days without fix. I doubt their software team is even testing the app before release.

Difficult to find functions
Difficult to find corresponding functions. When I try to ask questions, there is a long wait line yet it also require user to continue swiping/clicking within 5 mins, otherwise you need to join the queue again.
Impossible to use as a foreigner
The issue isn’t language, the issue is that everything requires a Shenfenzheng, with no passport option for foreigners.
