### *---- "I am frustrated with Apple developer program"
I am so frustrated with Apple Developer Program. In fact, frustrated is a huge understatement. We are trying to register an apple developer account for 4 months now. Tried 2 different apple ids and made 2 submissions. But we encounter the same problem. First, when you try to make a payment, they only send you the acknowledgement email. But they don't process your payment, don't charge your card and therefore don't activate your membership. After we tried to make a payment, they make the account inaccessible! The 2-factor authentication stops working! I only get the message "too many verification codes have been sent". This means I can't log in and can't request a call back from Apple developer support. Emails to Apple are left without answer. Calling consumer support isn't helpful either - they have a different system from apple developer and can't see their phone numbers. They advised to use iforgot website to add a new phone number – i did that, waited for 12 days, changed the phone number, but changing it didn't solve anything I still get the error "too many verification codes have been sent". Has anyone encountered a problem like that? Is there any way to register as apple developer these days?

I paid for my subscription over a week ago, since then there is a message in the app that “Enrollment through the apple developer is not available for this apple id”, but when they had to charge the money there was not the slightest problem. the website asks to pay again! I have sent several requests to the support, I have all the receipts and details, but still no reply to my emails.
the funniest thing is that even a refund (which is $100 by the way) cannot be done through apple, there is just no such option.
and apple tech support always write off and reject apple developer because it's a different department and they cannot do anything about it. great investment, 0/10
