I am frustrated with Apple developer program
I am so frustrated with Apple Developer Program. In fact, frustrated is a huge understatement. We are trying to register an apple developer account for 4 months now. Tried 2 different apple ids and made 2 submissions. But we encounter the same problem. First, when you try to make a payment, they only send you the acknowledgement email. But they don't process your payment, don't charge your card and therefore don't activate your membership. After we tried to make a payment, they make the account inaccessible! The 2-factor authentication stops working! I only get the message "too many verification codes have been sent". This means I can't log in and can't request a call back from Apple developer support. Emails to Apple are left without answer. Calling consumer support isn't helpful either - they have a different system from apple developer and can't see their phone numbers. They advised to use iforgot website to add a new phone number – i did that, waited for 12 days, changed the phone number, but changing it didn't solve anything I still get the error "too many verification codes have been sent". Has anyone encountered a problem like that? Is there any way to register as apple developer these days?
