It’s impossible to deal with support and this app. It’s totally rubbish to try and get help or try to register. Support even don’t know their own processes etc. it’s just impossible to get account active to be an apple developer!
We have been struggling for weeks to complete our Developer Enrolment. We have made multiple payments, and have been advised to re-enrol. The latest communication that we received was that we can only complete enrolment via the developer app, but we are unable to as the app does not give us any prompts to complete the registration process after sign-in. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as the support desk takes forever to assist.
