I would love to see the sleep timer added to the main screen of the podcast so when I haven’t quite fallen asleep yet to the 15 min timer in the middle of the night I can just tap and reset it, instead of having to open up the app and go to the episode and then reset.

Also when I hit the sleep timer, the timer used to stay paused until I hit the play button, now it just counts down so I have to restart it.

Has any beta testing ever been done on this app since its inception?! Buggy, confusing, has a life of its own, plays whatever and whenever it feels like! But the crown jewel goes to Speed Control! Seriously, speed x1 —> x1.25! 
Is that the smallest increment they could come up with? Was it a math issue, logic deficiency, or corporate cluelessness?! 
Just wondering. Considering the price of Apple devices and their markups, this seems to be a planned shafting, and I wonder if a bottle of KY was supposed to accompany this app! 
Just to avoid any further insult! 
Come on, Apple, we know you can do a lot better; just take a look at Samsung, they have a built-in moon in their cameras! 
We just need an OK app; it doesn’t even have to be great! 
As a professional conspiracy theorist, I think this app was written by a lone coder (a boomer) around early 2007, then Apple lost track of the app and its coder. I suspect he has been cashing his cheque every month since. The only hope left is either the coder’s retirement or, God forbid, Apple’s Review Cop finds this top secret feedback. 
Fingers crossed (although slippery at this point).

No way yo search episodes in seasons past.  The release date is not easy to find, it should be prominent.  The progression bar is small and hard to use.  Conversely, the volume bar is prominent but useless as earphones have their own volume controls.
