Could do better
Really find the app annoying to navigate find stuff and is very stop/start between episodes. Series don’t automatically play next episodes. Podcasts are hard to find

Terrible App
Constantly crashing, causing issues every time I use the app without fail. Cannot download any podcasts without the app crashing. Also hard to navigate and needs a lot of development to become more user friendly
Impossibly slow
It’s almost unuseable - pages load forever, the download function doesn’t reliably work, only when restarting the app. I really wanted to love this app but switching to something else now.

Brilliant five stars
Love the app but not the jingle
I’ve used this app for years and love all the features. I’ve never written a review before as I’m not convinced the developers actually read them but I hate this one aspect so much that I was compelled to come here and write this. The clang of noise in between episodes is dreadful. I don’t know what it’s called but it’s so harsh. I’ve no idea how someone can think it’s a good thing to use to break the segments. Sometimes I listen to podcasts to go to sleep but this noise always wakes me up! Please change it! I’m going to have to change my app as it’s too jarring. Even when I’m not falling asleep. Thanks
Everything is good but one thing
The ads. I’ve been listening to podcasts on this for a couple years now and the amount of ads has gone insane. I have ADHD which means that halfway through an ad i’ve stopped listening to the podcast entirely and cannot bring my focus back. I don’t mind 1 or 2 ads, but two minutes of ads to start the podcast, then having them just about every 5mins means I don’t actually get to listen to the content and an hour long podcast can take days to listen to. Also some of the ads are absolutely out the gate and really disturbing, but there’s nowhere to report them? if this doesn’t change with the next update i’ll definitely be changing apps and be suggesting others do as well because they’re just taking the piss out of us here.

It is awesome material that I can acquire the language skills to survive in an English-natives working environment.
