Ease and motivation
I listened this episodes with such an ease and in the same time with motivation to continue to change my life, to love myself more, to live my life and with a desire to learn more. This world is so complex and interesting. Helena is emitting that energy that she loves herself and she is in love with her life and she desire to have more adventures. And i like to follow her and her vibe.
