So i use Arccos now for 2 years. It helped me to improve my game. But also the service of the company is great. Had some issues with the sensors after 1 year. They immediately send new sensors. After allmost 2 years my link didn’t work. I emailed them and they send a new link.
I am using the ultra Watch instead of the Arccos link, the link was good but with the Watch it is even better.
These guys are criminals. You cannot cancel your subscription via Apple subscriptions. You have to email them to do that. They say there is a link to cancel in your initial subscription email which is not true. Once you mailed them you can cancel your subscription best you cannot start any new rounds (I have still 9 months left on my yearly renewal). This is the first time in my life that I write a review but these tactics should not be allowed, Crooks!
My applepay doesn’t work to pat the zero dollar trial period! So the whole techno think is useless 👍🏻
For the last 2 years I have used Caddie with a lot of joy. Since I bought my iPhone 14Pro Max, mapping doesn’t work. I cannot even download the course. Contacted the helpdesk but no update yet. Let’s hope I am the only one suffering these issues and Arccos will come soon with a good fix.
I’ve been using the Arccos app for almost a year, but since the latest app update it pretty much sucks. Tees cannot be found anymore, app hole- layout got worse, shots are less well recorded… Arccos, improve or lose lose a subscriber. At $100.-/ year, its too expensive for a ‘nice to have’…
Currently I am experiencing that the app stops working after two hours or so. The app states that the OS might have stopped the app from running in the background. This makes the app very cumbersome to use.
Overall Arccos sensors are ok. The app fails to register quite a few shot, so your handicap will get lower quite nicely 😜 I have been using this app for 3 months and have 1500 shots registered in this app. I already had to replace a couple of sensors, because they died. Arccos sent new ones, but replacing a sensor is quite a hassle; you have to open up the sensorcase with a screwdriver and glue it back together afterwards.. Other improvements could be: - Allow registration where you intended to shoot and then calculate shots gained accordingly - More precise illustrations of the greens (pictures would be better maybe) - detect the golfcourse you are on - add a wintergreen - better precision on and around the green
Love the app with great insights. The last couple of months once a while a sensor failed working. Contacting service via email and without any hesitation new sensors were send to me. In two words: Great service!
Since I don’t own a creditcard, the app is not useable for me. Too bad! Tip: should be more payment options like ideal/ PayPal etc. Please make this possible so I can use my new bought cobra’s to the fullest with the build in across sensors! Thx
